2. Chief Minister's Grievance Redressal Cell Print E-mail

With a view to providing speedy redressal to the grievances of general public, the Government of Jammu and Kashmir has constituted a Grievance Redressal Cell in the Chief Minister’s Secretariat. In this connection all the Administrative Departments were required to nominate a Nodal Officer for handling grievances in their respective departments which are forwarded to them from Chief Minister’s Grievance Redressal Cell through Awaz-e-Awam Complaint Monitoring Portal Online. The Institution functions under the direct control and supervision of Chief Minister’s Secretariat.
The following officer has been nominated as Nodal Officer in the Department of Planning and Development for handling cases of public grievances received from Chief Minister’s Grievances Cell:-
